Yeah the NaCl SDK is a very obscure thing that is a pain to get and compile. Only one of our developers went through the trouble of getting the different things we need and put them in the tarball, it would be nice if there was the steps taken to build these binaries somewhere on the wiki. Do you have a full console log? From what I can see here the cgame-native-qvm.dll isn't relevant as there would be a falback to regular QVM. However it is weird that HunkMegs would fail on 512MB, it is basically the RAM allocation for the engine. How much RAM do you have and did you have many other ...
