Have the drill require a repeater built within a certain radius to operate. It's a little too "OP" at the moment how it can be built just anywhere.

I think alien buildables just need a health pool buff in general. Alien bases just goes down so easily and are actually quite difficult to expand compared to human bases (which is the opposite of Tremulous, which is very campy on the human side).

I also thought the human player model looks a bit funky. His head is too large for his body. Proportion wise, (total height) / (height of human head) = around 7 for a fully grown adult.
