Linux 13? Not possible. The current kernel release is 3.12.

Anyway, we don't have builds specifically for Linux Mint. From the apt-get update output, it looks like you want this:

Also, this: Unvanquished 0.20.0 i386 Oct 17 2013. Update then upgrade and you'll have 0.21.0.

Most of these input problems (which are only present in builds using SDL 1.2) are fixed now.
