2- what keyboard layout are you using?
4- just press "tab" and it should disappear
6- there is no reload sound just yet
7- try turning your graphics settings down a bit, what graphics card do you have?

The "Search" button at the top left has the same functionality, and IMO moving the search bar to the left to uncover the adv search button would look bad. You can click it through the tyrant claw in any case.

You should try opening daemon.exe, not as an administrator, in the folder you installed Unvanquished to.

The installer should work perfectly fine on most distributions of Linux. (visit the main home-page and simply click Download to download the installer)

Reload sounds will come when we have the assets for them. I can't tell you when that will be, unfortunately.

If you are on linux, your 4th and 5th mouse buttons are "AUX1" and "AUX2" if I remember correctly.
