The blaster bullet can be seen easier if you move to the left. Then try taking the screenshot.
Also the pulse bullets without cg_projectilenudge [if you're a high pinger on that server] actually look pretty cool, maybe that should be added to the gallery as well

I think fuma's bots will help bring those players.
Thinking of which, will we have a 'bot' and 'normal' UV official server for each main area?
