Re: Telenode (2)

I think this is in line with what I already posted but Ishq and Stannum (the concept artist) would prefer scratches over dirt. (Just like on the reactor: It's clean but slightly scratched.) However, I do think a small amount of dirt on the central platform is fine, since people actually stand on it ...

Also you want me to put the feet a lot shorter again? just to be sure?

In my last post, with "feet", I meant the black footprints on the platform! The length of the feet/extensions/stabilizers of the Telenode seem good now.

Re: Telenode (2)

Hey, looking very good so far! Two small things: The side platforms/flaps shouldn't be that dirty, I guess they should be a tad cleaner as the main platform. The dirt on the main platform is perfect but the feet footprints shouldn't be remotely as visible. (In my opinion Stannum overdid them on the ...

Re: Telenode (2)

Thank you! I guess the feet should indeed be a little bit shorter so that the model has a (roughly) square footprint. Like this:

Re: Telenode (2)

Hey, looking good so far! I guess the general color choice on the concept is fine, but eventually it should look more like sturdy, slightly scratched, "military-grade" metal and have a lower saturation than what you currently have. Have a look at this ingame shot of the reactor as a materi...

Re: Dragoon

Since Khaoz returned, this time I'm going to coordinate my feedback with him so it's not going in entirely different directions. So far, I think the changes since the last iteration were an improvment. With the now round feet, I agree with Khaoz that the claws at the end of the feet aren't necessary...

Re: Lucifer Cannon

That's one big fucking gun! I'm impressed. Don't have much to add either. Going to send chris another mail and ask if he has any further ideas, otherwise I'm looking forward to seeing him turn it into a model.

Re: Dragoon

Yeah, this looks more than decent! The only thing that bugs me a bit are the pointy ends (both upper and lower) on all six legs. The thorns were a good idea to stabilize the Goon's movement and jumps but maybe you could give it a bit more contact surface still, if it's not too much hassle. Maybe som...
