It makes perfect sense (well of course I would say that.) I was going with the idea that the creep feeds the alien structures with organic matter. The creep below the egg is acting like a stomach, stripping flesh from the bone and feeding it to the egg. W/e really it looks empty without it.

Great work Gavlig, this is coming along nicely.

I'm personally not a fan of mo-cap, I think I've just seen too much lazy mo-cap. Its only ever any good when its been tweaked by an animator afterwards. I always feel there's a lot of charm that's lost with mo-cap.

Nice animation Gavlig and good idea too. Only problem I see is the elbow of the little arm snapping/popping when he first reaches up. This could be due to his shuffling on the spot tho.
