reckless is a bot "behavior", it makes them constantly attack enemy spawns.

It should not be possible for users the change to vote limit, it is set in the server configuration. One reason to set a limit on votes is this: players can prevent useful votes by repeatedly spamming useless votes. This works, as we can only have one vote at a time. I would propose to have initial 100bp to exploit for the initial base, with a more accelerated bp recovery, and a 3 drill / leech limit with the current percentage, recovery and bp conditions, but with a limited build radius. The game now has this limit, and server operators may set it to any value...
