I downloaded Generic Linux Package and i run download-pk3.sh helper script to download assets from SourceForge automatically but it didn't work (error 404), as Anomalous said: ..., but Sourceforge seem to be having some problems which may result in curl connecting but not receiving data, complaining...

How can i force current human stage and alien stage?
Erstwhile (in Tremulous) it was possible by changing g_humanStage and g_alienStage variables.
I just want to load a map by using /devmap command and test new features (weapons, alien classes, ...).

I always have used Generic Linux Package which doesn't need any installation, it has a helper script to download all maps/pk3s/... from sourceforge website to ~/.unvanquished directory. :coffee: It is easier for me to launch/update alpha releases of Unvanquished and i prefer it. BTW You can try it. ...
