I just saw that https://build.opensuse.org/package/show ... m/chromium suffers from the same problem. This is not really making things easier for downstream packaging.

Bundled binary dependencies and downloads during the build process in the VM are impossible on build.opensuse.org for security reasons.

Is there a CMake flag to disable this?
