POD

As you can see im working on my first unvanquished map. Its called POD.
Its a usual "arena" map like ATCS with 2 near bases. Brushwork, Textures will be from scratch to give it something "new" or "unvq" ;)
I hate to see old tremulous textures in unvq.

General information:
Layout: advanced "8" (see picture below)
Style/Env: It will be dark, surreal and technical. Maybe a terrain or some rocks, will see.
Players: up to 20 but this has to be tested
Size: normal. ATCS alike, bit bigger i guess.

I REALLY like that you add all sorts of things to the map for detail and what not. It keeps the map from looking plain.

Do you think you could brighten up some of the areas, or are you opposed to the idea? I think it's too dark. Even if Tremulous players have come to expect darkly lit maps, I think it's just as common for them to jack up their gamma, which just makes the map look bad. (Also, gamma doesn't work consistently across different OS/hardware combinations.)
