During all of its animations, the turret's weight lasts primarily on the small pneumatic arm instead of the sturdy hinge. This looks awkward and makes the barrel stick out of the bounding box more than necessary. The issue was confirmed by the modeler (chris). Don't be confused by the screenshots which shows a pre-conversion version of Parpax and Tremulous' medistation, telenode and reactor models: We have not fixed this since Alpha 5. This will change now.

The turret needs to be re-animated or have its animation fixed. We can convert it to iqm in the same pass (and potentially make use of extended animation features) in case that didn't happen so far.
Ideally, chris can handle this together with the rocket pod once he has a functional GPU again.
