Little problems with binds since alpha 23: vsay and $p_hp\$

Hi, I have a small problem with binds. Until 0.22 this bind was working: bind f10 modcase !shift,!alt "/say \"\$p_hp\$hp\"" "/say \"hp?\"" pressing F10 wrote the amount of remaining life points I had. But now it just print $p_hp\$hp.
Also this one: bind f1 modcase !shift,!alt "/vsay \"defend\"" "/say_team \"Our base is under attack!\"" print "Defend !" in global chat instead of teamchat, back in 0.22 it worked normally. What have we to change to get the old behavior?
