[Mac] Blackscreen whenever joining and/or creating a server

For some reason whenever I try joining a server and creating a LAN server, it just shows a blackscreen afterwards. No mouse is visible too.

Always wanted to play this game, so I'd really appreciate anyone that could help me!

Does the game crash after?

I have same problem and the game seems to crash after several minutes. I would post crash report but for some reason I can't seem to browse into the Library folder.
