For the PC version, the file msvcp100.dll was not included in the universal zip pack. Copying the file from the previous version worked.
It would appear that the Drill model is missing? All I can see is some axis indicator (?) instead of the drill.

Debian and Ubuntu packages (squeeze, wheezy, sid; 12.04, 12.10, 13.04) may work on derivatives
