umm... deaf people can read text you know... well most of them.
Besides sign language isn't american-specific, its commonly known for the language, such as our aussie sign language should be the same as yours and the brittish.

There's different sign language depending on where you live. It's pretty silly.

Well. That's certainly a very creative idea. Perhaps we can animate the player model to perform the appropriate hand gestures.

Can i ask you something? What kind of deaf person who cannot read the alphebet would play video games? I've never heard such thing... although it would be cool
