Alien airlift
Someone mentioned giving the flying alien the ability to lift other aliens in another part of the forums and I thought it is worth another look. There are all sorts of interesting possibilities for such a combo. Mainly bombing stuff with crush damage and increasing alien mobility. Examples: Lifting ...

Re: Shrike (2)
Looks good. I agree with viech that the back legs and wings could do with a bit of work. Part of the mechanics proposed for the shrike is pouncing to initiate flight, and therefore the back legs should be powerful enough visually to make that happen. About the wings I agree that they look ...

Re: Basilisk
Pink is a color naturally associated with the tender bits in animal anatomy. I think it would be a mistake to carry that over to anything but the tender bits of the alien anatomy (max 10-20% of the texture area). Joints, the underbelly, and muscles are fair game but I would prefer a darker/ harder c...

Re: Dragoon
Very high quality work Osiris. Well done. I am wondering how the pounce animation will look with this model, more specifically with those legs. Would it make sense to angle the back legs, or lengthen them so they look like they could manage a really powerful pounce? The truly impressive na...

Re: Female Soldier
Pretty good start. I'd give the upper body a tiny bit more of a V flare. She looks a bit on the weak side. Build up those lats. Try to make the uniform match with the male model if possible. Arms, hands, knees look a bit out of proportion. The hair, will it work with the limitations...

Re: Human structure auto repair
Couldn't you have a repairdrone add-on for buildables? Think of a person with a hat on vs a person with a hat off. The hat being the repairdrone. Once a building with a drone drops below a certain % of hp the repairdrone dies. The drone must be rebuilt before autorepair continues. You could alternat...
