Tech trees are a way to make upgrades depend on confidence (or how well you do in the game) with a way smaller granularity., which is a good thing. If we want really smart turrets, Javascript will be too slow. We would have to allow programs, but in C or C++. And also they should be connectd to IRC so that our grangerbot can control them.
