It works ! I just deleted all the gtkglext files from /usr/local/lib and reinstalled it with apt.

It works great on ubuntu 13.04, the same as the ubuntu ppa.
But I couldn't try to execute download-pk3.sh because I live in France.

The reason the dead bodies disappear after certain amount of time is that they are absorbed by the surrounding structures (walls, floors, ceilings, etc).
