This is an interesting but not easy to implement idea! However concerning your b) it seems to correspond to a randomization of the already existing map layouts system.

Ce qui m’embête surtout moi, c’est la logique « serveur étranger égal anglais ». Et aussi la présomption « tout le monde comprend l’anglais ». Si je visite des serveurs outre-Rhin, pourquoi faudrait-il que le jeu me suggère comment dire fusil à pompe en anglais ? Peut-être l’anglais, ça ne me dira ...
